About the Role
As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Hawker Medical Centre. In this front‐line position, you provide confidential administrative and reception support to the Medical Practitioner, clients, and visiting health professionals, contributing to the delivery of high‐quality health services for the local community. You'll also liaise with the off‐site pharmacy to coordinate timely medication supply and assist with financial processes, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in the provision of clerical/administrative support service, including the maintenance of records and systems.
* Experience in office procedures and office equipment (photocopier, printers, facsimile, etc).
* Proficiency in computer–based resources (Microsoft Office, email, Excel, data entry).
* Experience in the reconciliation of simple cash accounts.
