Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Participation in quality improvement and risk minimisation activities to enhance client safety and service effectiveness. Providing health education and promote wellness to individuals and community groups. Supporting and mentoring students, new staff, and less experienced team members, fostering professional growth About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse, Midwife, or Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible for a current practicing certificate. Proven competence in nursing/midwifery practice aligned with professional standards and National Safety and Quality Health Care Standards. Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills within multidisciplinary teams. Ability to prioritise workload, demonstrating creativity, flexibility, and innovation in healthcare settings. Solid understanding of legislation, ethical standards, quality improvement systems, and competency frameworks relevant to nursing/midwifery.
