* As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply your clinical reasoning skills to assist personnel who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver purposeful and meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply clinical reasoning skills to develop individualized rehabilitation plans
* Collaborate with stakeholders including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals
* Conduct assessments to identify functional capacity and create personalized rehabilitation strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW)
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work
* Australian Citizenship
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
