Job Overview
This role plays a pivotal part in creating a secure, harmonious living environment for students at UniLodge.
* Maintain building security and safety by conducting regular perimeter checks and addressing issues or emergencies promptly.
* Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, processing payments, auditing, reporting, and responding to resident concerns about noise or disturbances.
* Act as a support system for residents, serving as a friendly and approachable point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
This position requires independent work during overnight hours and necessitates First Aid + CPR certification, a National Police Check, and Working with Childrens Check. A 5-day working roster is mandatory.
