About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving growth in student enrolments and strengthening Phoenix Academy's brand across domestic and international markets.
This is a diverse role will see you:
* Lead marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social media.
* Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and recruitment fairs in Australia and overseas.
* Oversee the development and promotion of study tours and on-campus events.
* Manage digital channels including the Phoenix website, EDMs, and social media.
* Build strong relationships with education agents, schools, universities, and government partners.
* Train and support agents and partners while providing counselling to prospective students.
* Identify new markets, analyse data, and report insights to guide decision-making.
* Travel interstate and internationally to represent Phoenix Academy at key events.
What We're Looking For
Essential skills:
* Experience building and managing strong stakeholder relationships across diverse cultures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in public speaking and presentations.
* Strong analytical ability and sound judgement in decision-making.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team to achieve targets.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable skills:
* Experience in international education.
* Additional language skills relevant to key markets.
