APS6 Risk Advisor (90M ) Robina, Gold Coast, Australia
Salary: AUD60.26 - AUD60.26 per hour + plus super
Join a Federal Government agency that supports meaningful, participant-focused outcomes. As part of the Risk and Audit team, you’ll play a critical role in managing operational and strategic risks, supporting the agency’s mission to deliver impactful results for Australians. This is a 6-month chance, starting ASAP, with full-time hours, located in Robina and paying $60.26/hour plus super.

Duties:
- Facilitate risk discussions and reviews, applying the Risk Management Framework to identify and address risks.
- Analyse trends to mitigate risks, minimise exposure, and harness opportunities, including risk treatment plans and processes.
- Deliver risk management training to build knowledge and tools across the organisation.
- Collaborate with assurance teams to manage shared risks effectively.
- Support the Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS) and contribute to stakeholder reporting.
Key skills/experience required:
- Prior experience within risk management
- Strong experience in facilitating risk workshops and applying Risk Management Frameworks
- Previous experience in risk reporting
- Experience working within the public sector or disability sector would be highly regarded
- Must be an Australian citizen
