We're on the lookout for talented and passionate hospitality professionals who are ready to bring their 5-star service to a new premium serviced apartment building in Hackney.
The development is leading the way globally and offers all the services and facilities of a 5-star hotel and we are needing experienced Receptionists/ Concierge to be the face of this building providing support, information and assistance to guests.
This role will be casual and on a temporary basis with immediate start whilst they get the project up and running and will run for approximately 3 months, with shifts operating 7 days a week from
What You'll Be Doing:
* Reception/ Concierge services where you will meet and greet guests
* Creating standout guest experiences through genuine hospitality
* Maintaining clean, polished, and professional experiences
* Representing JRM with sharp presentation and a positive attitude
What You'll Need:
* Full Australian working rights
* Immediate start
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Excellent grooming and presentation
* Prior experience in Reception, Concierge, Customer Service, Hotels and Administration
* Police Check
* Advanced administration/ computer/ technical skills
* Fluent and professional English
