The Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support our legal team in various administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of our practice by performing the following key responsibilities:
* Responding to client inquiries and managing phone calls;
* Diary management and file organization;
* Coordinating events and providing administrative support to the team;
* Assisting with document preparation and formatting; and
* Offering ad hoc support to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant;
* Excellent communication and time management skills;
* Proficiency in MS Word and other productivity tools;
* The ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate initiative;
* Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
