We're looking for a true Publican, someone who knows that a great pub is about more than food and drink, it's about people.ResponsibilitiesDevelop venue leaders in your portfolio of 6 venues to build capability in the businessLead venue teams to adopt a guest first approach to offer an authentic and local guest experienceEducate and coach venues on the business strategy, empowering them to take initiative and contribute to the delivery of the strategy in their venue.Lead venue teams to take accountability for the financial performance of their venues, maximising sales and profitability, and taking action for improved resultsActively demonstrate safety leadership, ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are understood and adhered to by teams.Ensure venues fully comply with all statutory legislation, accreditations and workplace policies such as liquor licensing, gaming legislation, industrial awards, food safety program, smoking, OHS and trade practices.Daily travel is required, tool of trade vehicle will be provided.About youExperience in leading multi-site hospitality operations or robust single site management, looking for the next career stepStrong business acumen and understanding of commercial fundamentals, including leveraging guest data and insightsStrong influencing, stakeholder relationship and communication skillsEligible to meet State / Territory licensing requirements (includes a probity check)BenefitsThe benefits are good too!
