We are seeking a part-time and casual Nurse Care Specialist for our residential aged care home in Ingham.
About the Role:
This position involves supporting residents and staff, working collaboratively to deliver quality care services.
* Medication administration
* Reviewing and updating care plans
* Conducting baseline and focused assessments
* Liaising with internal/external stakeholders
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need:
* A current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse (RN)
* First aid and CPR certificate
* Police check
* Australian work rights
Desirable Qualifications:
A clinical experience in the aged care sector and driver's license would be an advantage.
