We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer with expertise in land development and site design to join our team. This role involves leading the design and coordination of complex civil engineering projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and oversee site development plans.
Manage multiple land development projects from concept through permitting and construction.
Review engineering plans, reports, and calculations for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the team.
Assist with proposal development, budgeting, and client presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
5+ years of experience in site/civil design and land development.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
