We're working with a well-regarded national firm that's looking for a confident and capable Commercial Lawyer with at least 10 years' post-admission experience to join their growing practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy but still values being part of a close-knit, supportive team. You'll work closely with the firm's Corporate and Private Client Partners based in Brisbane, with a transparent line of communication and strong mentorship. The Role
- Managing a diverse mix of commercial, corporate, and private client work
- Advising on business structuring, contracts, shareholder agreements, and asset/share sales
- Working with entrepreneurs, SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, and family businesses
- Collaborating with interstate partners while running files independently
- Playing a key role in growing the Melbourne office
About you
- A Commercial or Corporate Lawyer with min 10 years' PAE
- Confident managing client relationships and files with limited supervision
- Excellent with drafting, detail, and practical legal advice
- A great communicator who's happy working with partners remotely
- Someone who enjoys autonomy but still values team culture and support
