Job Summary
Represent our client in the Independent Grocery channel across Greater Melbourne with occasional travel to Bendigo, Ballarat, Geelong & Mornington Peninsula. You will build and nurture relationships with stores and multi‐site operators (MSO's) to drive distribution and sales of our client's iconic brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow distribution through core and NPD product sell‐in.
* Negotiate greater shelf space to enhance market share.
* Maximise current and upcoming promotional activity.
* Drive sales results and report on key field insights.
* Manage a territory and develop solid store relationships.
* Implement store layouts.
* Provide feedback on activity and insights.
* Work full time, 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a sales‐based role in Retail, FMCG, and Merchandising; highly favourable in Independent Grocery.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent time‐management skills and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Valid driver's licence and reliable car.
