At Airlock, we pride ourselves on being a team of humble, collaborative, and driven professionals who support one another and share a passion for cybersecurity.What We Are Looking For:The Office Manager will work Part Time, coordinates office activities efficiency and in compliance with company policies, manages office supplies, schedules meetings and appointments, and provides general administrative support to employees.Key Responsibilities:Executive Assistant duties for multiple members of the Leadership TeamAdministration and monitoring of corporate portals for employees (e.g. Corporate Traveller, Melon, Uber, Telstra)Facilitate courier services as requested (DHL, Australia Post)Monitor and order office supplies and equipment to ensure sufficient stock. (E.g. merchandise, stationary, office equipment, kitchen supplies, marketing collateral)Attend to facilities management tasks such as equipment maintenance, safety compliance and cleaning.Liaise with various external vendors and service providers to keep the office functioning efficiently.Support with the preparation and coordination of projects and initiatives.Assist in developing and implementing office policies and proceduresAssisting with organisation of events, where required.Booking of ad hoc travel arrangements for visitors or international travellers.Management of meeting room rostersManagement of company diaries as required – e.g. booking of All HandsDirecting correspondence, complaints and queries to the appropriate team.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel etc.)Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Applicants will need to have unrestricted rights to work in Australia to be eligible for thisWhat We Offer:We don’t think money is everything, but we know it’s an important part of your decision to apply for a role. This position is being offered at 0.8FTE (Part Time), with the potential to move to Full Time in future. The full-time equivalent salary range for this role is $75,000–$85,000 per annum, excluding superannuation, based on factors such as location, relevant experience, skills, and certifications.
