We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant at Recovre. This role will be based in Hobart and is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
This rehabilitation consultant role is part of a mission-driven team dedicated to protecting and promoting the possibility for everyone, helping clients thrive through effective rehabilitation and support.
Main Responsibilities:
* Building trust with clients and establishing collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders
* Identifying hurdles to return to work following illness or injury, collaborating to problem solve and achieve safe and sustainable recovery
* Conducting thorough assessments, including Vocational, Pre-Employment, Activities of Daily Living, Workplace, and Ergonomic evaluations
* Managing cases and reporting while traveling to clients and working flexibly from home or the office
Requirements:
* Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Provisional or Registered Psychologist
* Registration with AHPRA, ESSA accreditation (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
* A commitment to Recovre's mission and values, whether you are an experienced professional or a new graduate
