Primary Objective
This role will support the implementation of a novel urgent community aged care paramedicine model of care within Population and Primary Health Care, designed to strengthen the interface between community, primary care and hospital services by providing timely, proactive care to older people, reducing avoidable hospital use and supporting care closer to home. The applicant may be required to work within an extended hours service model, which may include weekends. Only one position is available, and the selection will be either a Physiotherapist or an Occupational Therapist. The successful applicant must meet the criteria for the respective role and hold the relevant qualifications.
Remuneration Package
$134,618 - $150,549 (including salary $114,199 - $127,898)
