Lead Nurse

Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver clinical leadership and governance to drive quality care
* Lead a team of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Assistants through mentoring and development
* Evaluate compliance with accreditation standards and implement ongoing improvement initiatives
* Foster relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years post-registration experience
* Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership or management within aged care or healthcare settings
* In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, funding, and clinical governance principles
