Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Melbourne for an Event Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include planning and managing corporate functions, parties & events, building client relationships, and overseeing private events to ensure excellence in execution. The role requires meeting sales targets, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with internal and external teams, and proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue through effective event sales strategies.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Event Planning and Event Management
* Strong background in Sales and achieving sales targets
* Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
* Experience managing and executing Private Events & Team building Days
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
* Proficiency with CRM tools and event management software is a plus
* Previous experience in hospitality or event sales is advantageous
