We are looking for a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as a Network and Voice Support Specialist. As a trusted expert, you will deliver high-quality support and projects across various customer environments.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing onsite and remote Level 1/2 support across Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, endpoint, and network environments.
* Implementing, maintaining, and documenting server, storage, network, and cloud solutions (Microsoft 365/Azure).
* Owning incident response and problem resolution within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs), including escalations where necessary.
* Assisting with project delivery (migrations, rollouts, network/firewall implementations).
* Contributing to pre-sales scoping/quoting and continuous service enhancements.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2-3 years' ICT support experience, preferably in a managed services provider (MSP) environment.
* Strong Microsoft 365 tenancy administration skills, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra/Intune, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
* Windows 10/11 support expertise, along with general line-of-business application troubleshooting.
* Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts: switches, wireless networks, firewalls, VLANs, uplinks, backup monitoring/maintenance.
* Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) and ticketing tools, such as ConnectWise or similar platforms.
* Clear written and verbal communication, excellent customer service, and strong time/prioritization skills.
* A proactive, dependable, and solution-focused mindset.
Nice to Have
* Virtualization skills, particularly with Hyper-V or VMware.
* Modern unified threat management/network security firewall (UTM/NGFW) experience, such as WatchGuard, Fortinet, or Sophos.
* Unified Communications/VOIP expertise, including Teams Phone or 3CX.
* Backup and disaster recovery (DR) knowledge, specifically with Veeam or Acronis.
* Support for Apple/macOS and Android devices.
* Microsoft Remote Desktop Services proficiency.
