They are expanding their Business Services / Private Business team and are open to hiring at Associate, Senior Accountant, Manager, or Senior Manager level, depending on experience.

You will work closely with business owners and decision-makers, helping them manage compliance, understand their numbers, and plan for the future.

What you'll be doing
* Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS, FBT, and payroll tax
* Work with private businesses, family groups, and business owners
* Help clients with tax, accounting, and practical business advice
* Build strong, long-term client relationships
* Work closely with other teams to deliver solutions
* Review work and support junior team members (Manager+ level)
* Manage client portfolios and lead teams (Senior Manager level)
* Support business growth and client development as your career progresses
What we're looking for
Associate / Senior Accountant
* 1+ years' experience in public practice or professional services
* Studying CA/CPA or already qualified
* Well organised and comfortable with deadlines
* Clear communicator who wants to grow
* Strong experience in business services or private clients
* Confident managing clients and leading teams
* Enjoy mentoring and developing others
* Interested in long-term career progression
