About the Role:
* Deliver high-quality support to individuals with learning and physical disabilities, empowering them to maximise their potential and independence.
* Prior experience delivering personal care is desirable but full training and support are provided to ensure success in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a personalised care and support service including sensitive delivery of personal care and managing medication.
2. Support customers in setting out a care and support plan through key working.
3. Write comprehensive care notes following care plans.
4. Promote a positive culture by engaging with customers to prevent social isolation.
5. Work with customers and other staff members to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
6. Promote safe practices and conduct risk assessments.
Salary Details:
£12.60 per hour
Working Hours:
23.5 hours per week, 21.5 hours per week, and 14 hours per week available
