About The Role
We're recruiting a
Supervisor Support Officer
to support the maintenance team with all aspects of SAP work order management. This is a hands on, detail focused role where your accuracy and speed with SAP will directly support frontline supervisors.

Based in Kwinana on a 6 month contract, you will be responsible for creating notifications, generating work orders, booking out parts, printing work orders, and helping supervisors manage day to day work management activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Create SAP notifications for maintenance
* Create and maintain SAP work orders
* Process parts bookings and material requisitions
* Print and prepare work orders for execution
* Search, identify, and allocate materials in SAP
* Provide day to day support to supervisors for all work order related tasks
* Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all work management information

About You

* Strong experience using SAP for work orders and notifications
* Comfortable working in a fast paced maintenance environment
* Good understanding of parts, materials, and work management processes
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Must have the right to work in Australia
