About the Role
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests at the airport, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their journey with us is seamless.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing assistance to guests with check-in, baggage handling, and flight rebooking
* Supporting guests with special requirements, such as unaccompanied minors or guests with disabilities
* Assisting with gate operations, including boarding flights and completing arrival and departure tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of previous employment in roles that focus on caring for people/customers
* Demonstrated experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
* Recent experience learning a new computer system or program
* Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate situations
* High emotional intelligence and empathy
* A reliable means of transport to and from the airport
* Availability to work a rotating shift roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
