Job Summary
Assetlink is seeking a Casual Retail Security Officer to provide security services at Forster Shopping Centre. This role involves supporting tenants, guests, and visitors while maintaining the safety and security of the site.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong desire to make a difference, and be passionate about the security industry.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide security services at Forster Shopping Centre, supporting all establishments, guests, and visitors.
* Build key tenant relationships, manage access, respond to client requests, and ensure site safety and security.
Requirements:
* Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable.
* Apply First Aid Certificate.
* Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.
* Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential.
* Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
* Able to take ownership of service delivery under their control.
* Ability to complete reports using various platforms.
* Excellent presentation, well-groomed, and corporate-appropriate.
* High-level problem-solving skills.
* Ability to respond to emergency situations.
* Valid work rights in Australia.
* Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours.
* Availability across 7 days/nights.
