About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Medical Multimedia Design Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for leading and managing teams, developing innovative multimedia solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic planning, leadership, and management in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Medical Multimedia Design Department (MMDD). They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the provision of optimal medical multimedia services, management of clinical and general databases, and adherence to EMHS and WA Health policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans for the MMDD, aligning with organizational goals and objectives
* Provide leadership and management to a team of professionals, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
* Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of multimedia solutions, including training programs and educational resources
* Manage and maintain comprehensive clinical and general databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
* Ensure compliance with EMHS and WA Health policies, procedures, and standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A relevant degree in a field such as multimedia design, communications, or a related field
* Proven experience in leading and managing teams, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in software applications and multimedia tools
