Experience
* WA Electrical Licence essential
* 5+ years post-trade, including 2–4 years as an Electrical Supervisor on major commercial, hospital, or defence projects
* Proven ability to manage electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors
* Skilled in reading and interpreting plans, coordinating schedules, and overseeing QA and safety documentation
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day‐to‐day site electrical activities
* Lead toolbox meetings and enforce WHS compliance
* Coordinate materials, resources, and project timelines
* Ensure installations meet Australian Standards and client specifications
* Conduct testing, inspections, and commissioning
* Liaise with project management and site leadership teams
* Maintain accurate QA, progress, and safety records
