Senior HR Specialist Role
This role drives strategic human resources initiatives to support organisational performance in a diverse workforce.

As part of the Senior Manager Organisational Development team, you will refine frameworks for human resources management across operational, community services, and corporate teams.
You will collaborate with two HR Officers and work closely with the HR Business Partnering team. Your projects will engage colleagues from various departments, including Work Health and Safety, Injury Management, Learning and Development, and Payroll.
Representing HR in key stakeholder engagements, your work will influence productive employee relations and successful enterprise agreement negotiations, contributing to a culture that values openness, fairness, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic HR processes supporting organisational performance
* Refine systems and frameworks for human resources management
* Collaborate with HR Officers and business managers to achieve excellence in human resources management
* Engage with colleagues from various teams, including Work Health and Safety and Learning and Development
* Represent HR in key stakeholder engagements
About You:
* Deep knowledge of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and workforce policy
* Practical approach to systems and process improvement
* Strong grasp of the IR/ER landscape
* Ability to turn complexity into clear guidance
