ResponsibilitiesFranchise Partner Onboarding: Guide new franchise partners through the onboarding process, providing comprehensive support and training to ensure a successful startDocumentation and Compliance: Oversee the completion of all necessary documentation and compliance requirements during the onboarding phaseTraining Coordination: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new franchise partners, covering operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategiesRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, serving as a primary point of contact for all onboarding-related inquiriesProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing the onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvementsPerformance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of newly onboarded franchise partners and provide ongoing support to address any challenges or concernsAttending Meetings: Attend regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching
