Painting and Decorating Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality painting and decorating services to residential and commercial clients throughout Brisbane. * Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, sanding, and priming as required to achieve a smooth and even finish.
* Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other decorative finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a visually appealing and well-maintained environment.
* Perform preparation tasks such as filling holes and cracks, and sanding to ensure a perfect surface for painting.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets customer requirements, providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice and guidance to achieve the desired outcome.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in painting and decorating, preferably in residential and commercial sectors.
* Proficient use of painting and decorating equipment, with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* A relevant trade qualification or certification in painting and decorating, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in the field.
* Excellent customer service skills, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
