Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) - Full-Time

Your role
Under the supervision of a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, PCA's deliver high quality, direct resident care that supports their dignity and provides for their social, physical, cultural and emotional needs.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant aged care qualification (essential)
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal to enhance the ability to positively contribute to a team environment and provide exceptional service to our residents
* Ability to time manage daily duties while delivering exceptional customer service
* Demonstrated knowledge and ability to care for the unique social, spiritual and cultural needs of residents
Worker eligibility
Employees of TGSH must qualify to work in Australia. Successful applicants will be required to undergo a NDIS worker assess screening and provide vaccination status.
