About the Role – Event Coordinator

Assist with planning, logistics, and execution for customer trainings, seminars, and Asia Pacific region events, ensuring all details are executed accurately, on time, and on budget. Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, support the Sales & Customer Service team with day‐to‐day tasks under supervision to gain hands‐on experience.

Learn and apply established SEL processes, standards, and best practices for effective event coordination. Engage with the Sales & Customer Service and Marketing departments to understand workflows and observe planning and decision‐making essential for event success.

Coordinate administrative duties, including scheduling, documentation, communication, and stakeholder follow‐up. Work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders across the region. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Embrace the SEL approach: Understand. Create. Simplify. Some travel may be required to support onsite events and training activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience in project coordination or event management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn department‐specific software.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and high‐quality customer service.
* Effective writing, documentation, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time‐management ability with the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Enthusiasm and ability to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
* Willingness to travel.
* Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
