OverviewAn exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer - Switchboard to join the telecommunications team.
The primary function of the Administration Officer is to activate emergency response codes throughout the hospital and to provide a first point of contact for public and internal queries received through the main hospital telephone lines.
Telecommunications services manage telephones and connected platforms (messaging, directory system) underpinning all clinical, support and patient services within a health environment.
