We are seeking for a Training Officer to support our Business Change team with embedding change initiatives. The Training Officer will design, plan and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organisational performance. The role will report to the Senior Training Officer and can be worked flexibly with a mixture of working from home and working from our office in Southbank, Melbourne.
Duration : 3 months
Day rate: $800 day rate
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver training sessions, engaging and guiding learners, and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes. This will include Delivering Train the Trainer sessions for onshore and offshore business trainers
- Conduct detailed training needs analysis to identify changes to skills and knowledge across the business due to projects being implemented and identify specific learning interventions required as a result
- Design and develop learning programs and resources using blended methodologies including online learning resources that meet the defined objectives and needs of the end users.
- Design training effectiveness measures and produce relevant reporting
