About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SHE Professional to partner with our Operational Managers and SHE team members to develop, implement, and champion programs that foster a strong safety culture and deliver effective leadership in SHE.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of the SHE strategy and continuous improvement plan, verifying actions are completed at site level. Provide project support to the SHE manager to deliver objectives of the SHE strategy. Design and lead core training modules and coordinate training activities throughout operations.
Participate in the design, implementation, and review of SHE management system documentation (e.g., SOPs, policies, templates etc.). Coordinate and manage the delivery of training across sites and provide feedback on external training where required. Participate in risk assessments and run incident investigations (with root cause analysis). Coach and mentor site managers on SHE matters.
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in a senior SHE role within a complex operational environment. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, environmental standards, and rehabilitation/injury management practices. Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the business. Willingness to travel regularly to sites across Australia.
