Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA, for a Sales Specialist.
Responsibilities include engaging customers to provide exceptional service, managing the full sales cycle for motorcycles & accessories, developing product knowledge, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
The role also involves explaining financing and insurance options, contributing to sales strategies, and achieving sales goals for the dealership.
Collaboration with the service and parts departments to meet customer needs is also a key component of the role.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
* Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Sales experience with a focus on meeting targets and handling the complete sales process.
* Experience in training and sales management, including understanding sales strategies and analyzing performance metrics.
* A passion for motorcycles
* Ability to work on-site in Adelaide, SA, and collaborate with a team of like-minded enthusiasts.
* Relevant certifications or experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or related fields is an advantage.
