Job Summary
The Information Technology Specialist role requires a skilled professional to provide technical support and resolve customer issues. They will work with vendors to remediate complex problems, communicate issue status and resolution in a timely manner, maintain incident records, install and upgrade operating systems and applications, perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field;
* CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better;
* Minimum of 4 years of IT experience;
* Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise antivirus solutions, helpdesk ticketing systems;
* Mobile device management including iOS and Android devices, enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory;
