About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef or equivalent position
* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful menu strategies in fast-paced, dynamic environments
* Strong understanding of local food systems and commitment to sourcing seasonal, sustainable produce
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and customers
