Parts Supervisor
Lead a dedicated parts team supporting heavy mobile equipment that keeps the Northwest moving.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a confident and organised Parts Supervisor to take ownership of our parts operations across the business. This role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer service, ensuring our internal teams and customers receive the right parts at the right time.
You will manage inventory, procurement, stock control, supplier relationships, and the day to day running of the parts operations. You will also lead and support the Parts Team to maintain a safe, well run, high performing environment. This full time, Monday to Friday position offers stability, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to influence positive change across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Parts Operations: Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor movement, and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.
* Inventory Control: Coordinate stocktakes, maintain system accuracy, and keep the store organised and audit ready.
* Procurement and Suppliers: Manage ordering cycles, maintain strong supplier relationships, and monitor freight and lead times.
* Workflow Support: Ensure parts are available when required, including meeting urgent or time‐critical needs.
* Customer Service: Provide clear, timely information on availability, delays, alternatives, and product suitability.
* Safety and Compliance: Ensure parts handling, storage, and disposal meet WHS and environmental requirements
* Team Leadership: Lead the Parts Team to maintain a safe, well run, high performing operation.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
* 3–5 years' experience in a parts, warehouse or inventory supervisory role.
* Experience with parts distribution or inventory systems (Unleashed or similar).
* Warehouse, stores, or logistics qualifications (preferred).
* Confident communicator with proven leadership capability.
* Understanding of mining, heavy equipment or industrial parts (advantageous).
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
* Current Drivers Licence.
