Due to continual growth and further expansion, United Precast is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Team.
United Precast is in a solid growth stage and is currently searching for a driven person to add to the projects team, responsible for establishing and managing the administrative and costaspects of commercial projects.
The successful candidate will support the management of multiple projects and meet weekly targets and deadlines, including but not limited to:
Project managing, programming, material take-offs, sourcing all required information and documentation, design change management, monitoring and controlling project costs, site inspections and troubleshooting.
Communications with all stakeholders (internal and external) including Builders, Engineers, Architects, Detailers and Sub-Contractors.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Co-ordinate Manufacture, Transport & Erection of Precast Elements
* Predict resources needed to complete the project, manage schedule and activities to meet program
* Lead project delivery through clear ownership, seeking outstanding outcomes for our clients
* Ensure projects are profitable and deliver high quality results
* Identify/remove obstacles, making improvements and mitigating risk where necessary
* Engage with key stakeholders across all levels of our client's organisation to support the effective and transparent delivery of project
* A thorough knowledge of current South Australian Workplace Health and Safety regulations and its application to Construction Projects.

Qualifications:
* Min. Tertiary qualifications in construction or project management
* Extensive knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings, authority approvals and building code compliance
Skills and Experience
* A demonstrated track record of high-quality delivery with 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction preferably in a Subcontractor environment.
* Previous experience leading teams of diverse talent on complex projects, experience managing multiple projects a major bonus
