Location: Broken Hill NSW
Responsibilities
* Administer day‐to‐day operations and oversee reception and office support at the Broken Hill Community Centre.
* Support all clinicians and managers.
* Manage administrative requirements of the team, including rostering support for managers, recruitment support, coordinating fleet bookings, IT systems, and revenue reporting.
* Assist with ministry reporting for all programs.

Qualifications and Selection Criteria
* Diploma in business administration, management, or other relevant qualification, or significant health experience in a community setting.
* High level skills and experience with electronic databases, computer software packages, and NSW Health IT systems.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise to meet deadlines under pressure and to work independently and as a team member.
* High level interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to respond to queries effectively, providing customer‐focused services.
* Ability to adhere to the standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the NSW Health Code of Conduct.
* Current C‐class NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel as required by the role.
