**Key Responsibilities:**
* Genuinely welcome customers to the boutique and communicate effectively with them
* Manage the sales process to best serve customers' needs and increase sales
* Take care of replenishment and product layout as per Visual Merchandising guidelines
* Comply with the aesthetic parameters of the boutique
* Recognise loyal customers and strengthen the customer base through CRM activities
**Desired Skills:**
* 1-2 years of sales experience in a customer-focused environment (Premium Fashion experience highly regarded)
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English and Mandarin
* Excellent personal presentation
* Adaptability and willingness to learn
* Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
