Our Runway News store offers a range of news, books, magazines, beverages & confectionery. Plus everything from basic medicinal and personal hygiene remedies to reading glasses, notebooks, pens, travel adapters and audio accessories.
The Role:
We’re looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Hobart Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
*Flexibility is key - we need someone predominately available on morning shift 5am-1pm with around 15-21 hours per week on offer!
*Mid-week availability is a must!
What You’ll Do:
Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for customer service & sales
️ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Well-groomed & professionally presented
Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
???? Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
