$50/hr + Super | Monday–Friday | Permanent Full-Time

Are you a qualified Maintenance Fitter looking for a fresh opportunity in a clean, high-tech environment? Join a growing national organisation in the pharmaceutical packaging sector at our brand-new Kemps Creek facility.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering $50 per hour, excellent conditions, and the chance to work on cutting-edge equipment in a supportive, safety-focused team.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of high-speed packaging machinery in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* As a Maintenance Fitter you will carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance of production equipment
* The Maintenance Fitter will diagnose and troubleshooting mechanical issues
* This Maintenance Fitter will support equipment installation and commissioning
* Maintaining records in line with GMP and internal systems along with other Maintenance Fitter's
* The Maintenance Fitter will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations
* Identifying and contributing to process improvements
What You'll Bring
* Relevant trade qualification – Fitter or Fitter & Turner
* Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging (pharmaceutical/FMCG preferred)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
* High attention to detail and commitment to reliability
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
