Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services Ltd (KAMS) is the leading Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Established in 1986, KAMS advocates for Aboriginal health and wellbeing while delivering vital resources and programs to its Member Services.

Position Overview
The Stores Supervisor role is based in Broome on a Full-time basis, You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of stock across KAMS and its associated clinics, including Kimberley Renal Services. This role encompasses inventory management, procurement, customer service, and the supervision of Stores Support Officers, ensuring that all store operations align with KAMS' strategic priorities and operational standards.
As the Stores Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient stock levels, implementing effective inventory control measures, and providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in stores or warehousing, complemented by supervisory experience. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proven experience in supervising and supporting staff.
* Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory management processes.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Competency in financial management related to procurement and invoicing.
* Current driver's licence and National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
Your approach to work is professional and punctual, and you are committed to fostering a safe and efficient working environment. Experience in customer relations and connections to the local Aboriginal community will be considered advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
This position offers a competitive base salary of $77,663 per annum pro rata, along with additional benefits including:
* Accommodation Allowance of $13,000 per annum pro rata
* Annual Airfare of $1,285 per annum (after 12 months of service)
* District Allowance of $2,920 (single) or $5,840 (double) per annum pro rata
* Electricity Allowance of $1,440 per annum pro rata
* Optional Salary Sacrifice up to $30,000 per annum pro rata
