- **Salary**: $58,709 - $63,154 p.a.**(pro rata)** **plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits** **- OPS2**:

- **Temporary Part-Time - working 7.5 hours per week, up to 12 months**

**About the Role**:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Consumer Specialist Worker within the Wondakka Community Rehabilitation Centre.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

As a Consumer Specialist Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery journey of individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Your lived experience and personal insights will be invaluable in promoting hope, empowerment and self-determination among our consumers.

In this rewarding position, you will:

- provide peer support and advocacy to consumers, fostering a sense of empowerment and promoting their active participation in treatment and recovery processes
- facilitate psychoeducational groups and workshops, sharing your insights and experiences to inspire and motivate others
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and person-centred care
- contribute to the development and implementation of recovery-oriented programs and initiatives.

A Cert IV Mental Health Peer Work or Cert IV Mental Health Work (Non Clinical), relevant undergraduate or post-graduate qualifications or peer worker training through accredited organisations (Intentional Peer Support, Peer Zone, or other training) is highly desirable.
