About the Role
Your primary job is to ensure each and every guest has an experience of a lifetime.
Together you will share special places and create lasting memories.
Your days might include:
Bar and lounge service including table service
Housekeeping on-train carriages
Concierge services at each arriving and departing terminal
Act as a host for guests on off-train excursions
You will be required to work away from home for up to 7 days at a time.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of customer service;
Know your stuff, you've had fine dining or a la carte experience, been recognised for your strengths in guest service – you see everything through a guest centric lens;
Have an energy that's dynamic and you have fun when you work – your smile will say it all;
Have all the safety things we need too like an RSA and a Senior first aid certificate (or willing to obtain).
