We're looking for a data-driven
Marketing Analyst
to analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness to support data-informed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, marketing metrics, and cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital channels.
* Track and report key marketing KPIs (e.g., CAC, ROI, conversion rates).
* Collect, clean, and analyze customer and marketing data.
* Build dashboards and reports to support marketing and leadership teams.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to generate insights.
* Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis.
* Support customer segmentation and audience analysis.
* Identify trends and opportunities to optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related roles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
* Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Analytics, CRM tools, ad platforms).
* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
* Fluent in English.
* Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
