The Role:
We're looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Brisbane Airport. If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.
*The store does operate from 5:00am-8:30pm (so flexible availability is needed)
What You'll Do:
Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style
Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine
Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail
Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards
Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
Strong communication and coaching abilities
Confidence to take initiative and own your role
A "hands-on" leader who thrives in a team setting
Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
