This newly created Australian automotive manufacturing and design business specialise in premium kit vehicles, custom made fabrication, advanced composite and metalwork.
Based in Rocklea they bring ideas to life, from fibreglass manufacturing and steel chassis fabrication to CNC machining, trimming and interior fit-out, with direct-to-customer delivery
Requiring multiple labourers to provide hands-on support to the fibreglass production team across preparation, lay-up, trimming, sanding, and finishing.
Hours of Operation
* Monday 9.30am – 4.30pm
* Tuesday to Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm
* Friday 7.30am to 2.30pm
* 41 hour week with 3 hours of breaks equates to a 38-hour week
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Assist with mould and material preparation for composite lay-up
* Support fibreglass lay-up and laminating processes under guidance
* Trim, sand, grind, and finish components to quality standards
* Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
* Learn and apply fibreglass and composite techniques as part of ongoing skill development
Experience & Qualifications
* No formal experience or qualifications required
* Practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn on the job
* Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
* Comfortable working with tools and in a manufacturing environment
