As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's logistixs operations in West of Sydney. Your primary responsibility will be logistics administration, handle enquiries, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised and understand the order fulfilment cycle. Training will be provided. This is a permanent full time role, M-F, working for a company that's specialised in logistics services on global basis.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, purchase orders and bills
- Coordinate and monitor shipping
- Take orders and liaise with relevant department
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
***Requirements and skills**:
- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems (Training will be provided)
- Basic accounting knowledge is a bonus but not necessary
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
